We've all done it. We've either gone too hard at the gym or blown a gasket living a #ducksnuts life and need a quick fix to help relieve the muscle soreness. This blend combines the 4 foundation salts with a higher conentrate of premium Magnesium Epsom Salts combined with our Muscle Ease essential oil.

Depending on how many gaskets you've blown, you will get a min 2 baths from one satchel. If you've really done a doozy, load it up with the whole bag and soak up the relief.

• Store in a cool dark place away from direct sun light. Avoid getting satchel wet to preserve contents. Moisture Sensitive. 
• Drink plenty of water during and after. These quick fixes promise potency so please drink a min of 600mls during and again after your soak. You will notice you get thirsty after your salt bath due to the heat, sweat and change of PH levels.
• The ideal bath temp is above body temp which is on average 37 Degrees Celsius.
