Active B6 Pyridoxal provides vitamin B6 as pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P5P), a biologically active form of the vitamin. P5P is an important cofactor in fatty acid metabolism including the production of important omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids, carbohydrate metabolism and the conversion of tryptophan into niacin. Vitamin B6 also supports healthy tissue formation.
Suggested Use
Adults (19 years and older): Take 1 capsule 2 times daily or as recommended by your health professional. Adolescents (9-18 years): Take 1 capsule daily or as recommended by your health professional.
